•  Employment references
• Landlord/Agent references
• Statement of Account
• Parental Guarantor may be required
• Photo ID: Passport or Driving Licence with a photograph
• PPSN
• Previous address
• All contact details: mobile, landline & email address.
• Previous home owners will need proof of ownership

 

Finances required

•  One month’s rent in advance
• Security deposit (similar to a month’s rent)
• All payments must be paid either in cash or by bankers draft. We can only accept cheque payments on deposits providing that they clear before you move in.
